Altitude Scaffolding was originally founded by Ben Hayes, who moved from Perth to Dunedin and started the company. JP Kritzinger, the business' current owner, moved to New Zealand from South Africa in 2000. With a background in roofing, JP quickly became interested in scaffolding after seeing how it's used in New Zealand - a stark contrast to practices in South Africa. After initially working as an employee at Altitude Scaffolding, JP seized the opportunity to buy into the company in May 2023.
Today, backed by a close-knit team who go the extra mile for each other and for clients, JP continues Altitude Scaffolding's reputation as a safe and reliable provider of scaffolding for hire.
